  I'm not sure what the problem is but every time I order a iced Carmel Machiato it comes out wrong. I have had them remake it and it is still wrong, I thought okay, maybe it's the drink they can't make. So I ordered an iced Cascara Latte nope, still wrong. They make it with all milk and maybe a spit of coffee. I wish I could upload a picture of this coffee. I go to Starbucks every single day and I very rarely stop at the Winthrop location because they can't seem to get the coffee right and every time I stop I just end up spending 5 on milk and throwing it away.

  Not terribly happy with the service here. Ordered a breve cappuccino which is supposed to have half and half. Got it with whole milk instead which doesn't seem like a big deal but am on a low carb diet. In response to asking if I could change the order, staff member said "oh, trust me you'll like it anyway."

  I have nothing but great experiences here. They have my mobile order ready before I arrive and even hand it to me before I even ask for it. The baristas seem to greet most customers by name and have a friendly rapport with them. Its the most down to earth store I've ever been in.
