  I made a last minute order for some box lunches and needed them quickly to maintain a meeting schedule with a client. The staff here pulled together 14 lunches for me very quickly and had them ready a half hour before the promised they'd be done. Their effort kept everything on schedule, and made up for my lack of planning. Thank you!

  I came in to get a cup of coffee and a bagel one morning. The morning manager Jenifer was sloppy and rude. She was clearly not a very good manager. But my breakfast sandwich barely had any cheese on it. I ordered extra cheese. When I told the manager I wanted my money back she refused and gave me some bullshit answer about how her supervisor wasn't there to do a full refund. Which I know is bullshit. She has the worst personality. Not to mention her lack of professionalism.

  Took my soon. Went to use a gift card and there was a problem. The manager stepped in and while could not resolve the computer issue, she simply took the card, made up the $5 difference and got us served quickly. Kudos to the management. Service was great, place was clean and everyone had a smile and was helpful. Loved our experience!
