  Ordered 2 hot coffees & a half dozen of old-fashioned doughnuts...1 coffee was awfully cold upon the first sip & once I arrived home I opened a half dozen box of dry, crusty old-fashioned doughnuts! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

  By far the worst dunkin donuts in the chain. Don't waste your time with this one, goto the 301 Dunkin where they have supplies and friendly associates that care. This one is awful. Long lines, rude associates, out of lids, straws, tea, donuts, croissants. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru...nope we are out. Don't do it!

  Very bad. Not sure what the problem is but there are new employees there all the time. They're frequently out of very basic foods. I've never had my order taken in the drive thru by anyone that didn't end up needing to make adjustments when I came to the window. Average speed of service for me is 5 to 6 minutes once I get to the window, which is asinine. I get a bagel and a coffee! I was once there when it was busy and the manager turned out to be hidden in an office, while the staff prioritized drive thru and us 5 people inside had to wait until all of them cleared out. Just bad. They need a trainer from another store to help them out.
